WHAT YOU'LL DO
Research & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth research on client industries, markets, competitors, and consumers to inform both project strategy and the creative team's direction.
- Identify new brand opportunities by synthesizing market research, consumer insights, and international industry trends.
- Bring strategic thinking to every project — not just reporting what's out there, but knowing what it means.
Client Development & Consulting
- Qualify and onboard new clients: understand their needs, consult on scope, and map out the right process before work begins.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive updates, and genuine partnership.
- Navigate negotiations, manage expectations, and handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure.
Project Management & Operations
- Own the full lifecycle of multiple branding projects simultaneously — from brief to delivery.
- Build and manage detailed timelines, workflows, documentation, and processes across all active projects.
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks, even when priorities shift.
Internal Collaboration
- Bridge the gap between client needs and creative execution — translate briefs clearly, give constructive feedback that protects both client expectations and creative quality.
- Work fluidly with the creative team. You don't need to design, but you need to understand design well enough to have real conversations about it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–2+ years of experience at a branding agency, design studio, or creative agency in a relevant role.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of branding, visual identity, and graphic design — not just the business side.
- Deep familiarity with brand development processes: Brand Positioning, Visual Identity, Brand Story, Naming, and beyond.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking — you ask the right questions and know how to work through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-project workloads with precision and accountability.
- Self-directed and proactive — you spot problems before they become issues and propose solutions without being asked.
- Experience managing end-to-end branding projects is a strong advantage.
