I. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend meetings and receive client requirements for project implementation.
- Listen to and record client feedback and questions throughout the project, then provide solutions and timely responses.
- Join discussions and contribute ideas for projects.
- Work closely with internal teams and related departments to ensure project tasks are completed effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media contacts.
- Research client information, materials, and background data to support leaders before creating content for clients.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend meetings and record client feedback, suggestions, and requirements related to project plans.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure all work meets their expectations and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to develop ideas, proposals, and quotations that align with client goals.
- Manage and coordinate project execution according to the approved plan.
- Work with and monitor vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Assign team members to prepare reports, project acceptance documents, and payment procedures as required by contracts.
- Support other tasks assigned by the direct manager and assist other teams when needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, results, and issues to clients and managers.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- College or Bachelor's degree in PR, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive in an agency or a similar position.
3. Professional Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Time management and task organization skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Careful and detail-oriented.
4. Other Requirements

- Good health and willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
