Job Description

Job Description:

  • Profile Assessment: Evaluate students academic backgrounds, English proficiency, student profiles, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable pathways. Tracking students masterfile to ensure the student's progress.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents and students to encourage referrals and ensure high customer satisfaction. Keep updates on the students progress.
  • Documentary and Administration: Process payment and administration tasks related to the Ivy Service.
  • Application Management: Support students in preparing application documents, writing personal statements, and preparing for interviews with schools or embassies. Collaborate with the AO team to support students visa applications.
  • Event Participation: Support and represent at Ivy Service events, ILA OSC education fairs, workshops, and school seminars to generate new students and build brand awareness.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest changes in scholarship opportunities and global education trends. Enhance the sources of vendors to optimize the fee and quality.
  • Consultation: Proactively reach out to the Sales team to support and advise when an enquiry

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English: English proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent). You must be capable of reviewing academic essays and communicating with university admissions officers.
  • Empathy-Driven Consulting: Beyond sales, you act as a trusted mentor. You listen deeply to parents concerns and students anxieties to provide tailored, holistic advice.
  • End-to-End Support: A commitment to staying with the student from the first consultation until they are safely settled in their destination country.
  • Ethical Integrity: Providing honest, transparent advice that prioritizes the student's long-term academic success over quick commissions.
  • Persuasive Communication: The ability to simplify complex information into a compelling narrative for parents and students.
  • Active Flexibility: Willingness to participate in evening webinars, weekend workshops, or school visits to expand the center's reach.
  • College Counseling Specialist (Preferred): At least 1 year of direct experience in the overseas study field, with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Regional Priority: Deep knowledge of education systems, entry requirements, and visa regulations for Europe (specifically UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands) and Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan).
  • Strategic Admissions: Expertise in building competitive student profiles, including extracurricular coaching and Personal Statement polishing.
  • Network: Familiarity with international school networks or partner university ecosystems is a major plus.
