Scope of Work – Network Deployment & Installation

Project Location:

Saigon Marina IFC Building

Level 22, 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City 70000, Vietnam

Scope and Responsibilities

The assigned field engineer will be responsible for executing the following activities:

1. Rack Installation & Device Mounting

• Mount HCL devices securely into the designated rack.
• Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and safety compliance.

2. Network Cabling & Patching

• Perform structured cabling and patching for:
• Network Switches
• Wireless LAN Controller (WLC)
• Access Points (APs)
• Ensure proper cable management and labeling as per standards.

3. Console Access & Initial Configuration

• Establish console access to all HCL devices.
• Perform basic verification and ensure devices are accessible for further configuration.

4. Access Point (AP) Installation

• Mount and install Access Points at designated locations.
• Ensure proper positioning for optimal wireless coverage.

Additional Deployment (New Scope)

• Access Points (APs): 13
• Switches: 02

Deliverables

• Successful installation and mounting of all devices.
• Proper cabling and connectivity established.
• Console access verified for all devices.
• APs installed and physically secured.
• Basic validation and handover to remote/configuration team.

Assumptions & Dependencies

• Site access and permissions will be provided by the client.
• Required rack space, power, and network ports are available.
• Remote support team will assist with configuration if needed.

Tools To Carry:

Windows laptop(with rj45 port) with putty installed. Teams app installed. With laptop charger.

Headset for smooth coordination with remote team, Rack Cage nuts M8,Spare Lan cable, Console cable, Screwdriver set for rack and stack, Label printer ,Lan Cable tester,Drilling Machine.
