II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Management and Consultancy

Collaborate with clients to understand market entry objectives, identify pain points, and develop tailored strategies.

Coordinate across departments to collect information and deliver comprehensive services.

Work with business development to prepare quotations, including adjustments to service scope when required.

Provide expert guidance, insights, and recommendations based on in-depth market knowledge.

2. Market Data Research and Analysis

Gather and analyze industry data, customer behaviors, and local insights to produce strategic recommendations.

Stay informed on market developments, regulations, and competitor activities.

Oversee accurate and relevant data collection and ensure insights align with client needs.

Identify and address market entry barriers across different countries.

3. Resource Management

Establish a structured team learning approach, including recaps, learning outcomes, and knowledge sharing.

Recommend tools that improve productivity and ensure access to effective resources.

Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Relationship Management

Engage proactively with partners to explore collaboration opportunities.

Build networks with associations and key stakeholders in targeted sectors.

Identify prospects, understand their requirements, and present effective solutions.

5. Report Design

Design visually compelling reports that communicate complex data clearly.

Interpret data, formulate insights, and provide strategic recommendations.

Ensure reports align with overall business strategy.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Market Entry Advisory, Business Development, or a related field.

Strong communication skills with an approachable and outcome-oriented style.

Ability to work independently with minimal daily guidance, and collaboratively within a team environment

Proven client management skills: building relationships, understanding needs, and delivering solutions.

Readiness to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment and tackle new challenges.

Ability to introduce innovative tools/methods for resource management and teamwork.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and high level of attention to detail

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop to become a trustworthy and capable advisor/team member

Proficient in MS Office required

Professional proficiency in verbal and written English and Vietnamese required

Additional foreign language proficiency (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Thai, etc.) is welcomed but not required
