Technical support for SMT production; workshop equipment management, maintenance, programming, repairing; monitoring and improving processes. Manages SMT department including SMT technicians in the SMT line.

- To be responsible for installing programs and parameters of SMT equipment such as Fuji NXT II, XPF, Panasonic, Yamaha, Reflow Tamura, fixing errors, monitoring pilot run and testing

- To be responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining SMT equipment and recording, making archival records

- Responsible for contacting equipment suppliers to maintain and repair major faults

- Responsible for training production department workers, team leaders and related workers to operate equipment safely and correctly

- Responsible for managing production plans and people in the SMT department
