Location: Near Hoa Binh City, Vietnam
Department: Engineering / Technical Services
Reports To: Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for production lines at customer facilities.
- Address and resolve general equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Prepare and submit technical reports detailing line conditions and issues encountered.
- Communicate with customers regarding line status following any downtime events.
- Collaborate with global teams for technical updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and provide information on spare parts to customers as needed.
- Support new equipment installations as assigned by the manager.
- Perform other duties as required, aligned with the scope of the role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production line maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for technical exchanges and support.
- Familiarity with computer applications and technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
- Understanding of electrical networks and industrial control systems.
- Awareness of workplace safety standards and practices.
- Demonstrated initiative, commitment, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
