Xiaomi Store Product Consultant

Job Description

1Warmly receive customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product consultation, recommendations, and service demonstrations.

2Have a good command of the knowledge of all products in the store, including functions, configurations, prices, etc., and be able to explain them clearly to customers.

3 Actively achieve personal sales targets and assist the team in reaching the store&aposs sales indicators.

4 Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, provide high-quality after-sales service, and maintain customer relationships.

5Maintain the image of the Xiaomi brand and the storefront. Keep the store environment clean and tidy, arrange the products neatly, and create a pleasant shopping atmosphere.

6Actively participate in the training and activities organized by the company, and continuously improve personal sales skills and product knowledge.

7Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership

2. First-line retail experience is preferred, understanding Xiaomi New Retail is preferred

3. Store sales experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is better

4. College(high school) above, good image and temperament
