Job Description:
1. Workforce Planning - System & Governance:
- Translate planning assumptions and productivity logic into structured system requirements.
- Support implementation and enhancement of workforce planning tools and dashboards.
- Coordinate UAT and validate calculation logic accuracy.
2. Driver Compensation - System Enablement:
- Document and standardize compensation structures, incentive schemes, and payout logic.
- Translate compensation rules into system-based calculation frameworks.
- Work with BI, Finance, and Product teams to ensure payout accuracy and cost transparency.
- Improve automation of compensation reporting and reduce manual intervention.
- Support change management when compensation policies are updated.
3. PMO & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Track key initiatives related to workforce planning and compensation improvements.
- Define RACI and ensure alignment across Operations and related teams.
- Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and change logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related fields.
- 4-7+ years of experience in Operations Planning, PMO, System Implementation, or Compensation/Cost Management roles.
- Strong ability to translate operational logic into system requirements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, BI, and Product teams.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (BI/SQL is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong stakeholder management skills.
