Job Description:
The Workforce Research & Insights Associate/Senior Associate supports research initiatives, conducts labormarket analysis, and helps deliver insights and standardized processes for the workforce management team
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute Workforce Management (WFM) projects.
- Conduct labor market research and basic analysis of labor market data to provide insight for the line manager
- Conduct market research and organize immersion trips for the WFM team or other management teams to key regions to deepen on site labor market
- Assist in documenting, maintaining, and updating standardized processes and booking systems.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and visual outputs for internal teams.
- Work with crossfunctional partners to support the execution of initiatives.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in research, operations, HR, or related roles.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to travel for immersion trips
