About The Team
The Workforce Research & Insights Lead will lead Workforce management initiatives, research and drive labor market insights, and standardize workforce processes across Vietnam. This role partners closely with Workforce Acquisition, Outsource Labor Management, Workforce Planning, Opex and other functional teams to build scalable bluecollar workforce solutions.
Job Description
- Lead and manage Workforce Management (WFM) related projects end to end.
- Conduct labor market research and generate insights to support strategic decisions for WFM teams.
- Plan and organize internal immersion trips to key regions to deepen on site labor market understanding.
- Standardize nationwide workforce processes, booking systems, and operational workflows for blue collar labor.
- Partner with functional teams to roll out improvements and ensure operational alignment.
- Provide structured updates, reporting, and recommendations to management level.
- Other tasks that assigned by management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, HR, or related field.
- 3 5+ years of experience in mass WFM, operations, research, or equivalent.
- Proven project management capability.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Structured, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders both in English and Vietnamese
- Experience with blue collar workforce models is a plus.
- Comfortable traveling for field immersions.
