Job Description:

  • Strategic Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance (KPI, SLA) and co-develop sourcing and retention solutions for blue-collar labor.
  • Workforce Planning: Translate business goals into optimized workforce structures, including headcount planning and supervisor/blue collar worker ratios. Review and validate staffing requests monthly.
  • Daily & Weekly Monitoring: Allocate OT budgets and validate daily labor plans to ensure SLA and productivity targets are met.
  • Labor Budgeting: Drive labor cost forecasting and monitor direct labor cost (CPO) to ensure alignment with financial plans. Highlight gaps and provide corrective actions.
  • Project Management (PMO): Lead continuous improvement initiatives in workforce management, including process optimization and productivity enhancements.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Min 5+ years experience in workforce planning, vendor management, or operations strategy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing blue-collar labor planning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets familiarity with labor cost modeling.
