Job Description:

Perform data analysis to plan headcount & other ops-related projects for Shopee warehouses then closely monitor performance to optimize
Proactively work with warehouses & other Operation teams to resolve bottlenecks in process/operations & kickstart new projects smoothly
Frequent meeting/analysis/review/build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

From 2 years experience in the field of Ecommerce Supply Chain or Headcount Planning is preferred but not required.
Good verbal & written skill for communication and reporting
Have ability to manage stakeholders in a calm & mature manner
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
Data-driven, logical thinking, good problem solving skills
Able to multitask, attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Good team-player
