Responsible for receiving customer orders, verifying details, and coordinating the preparation, packing, and delivery of goods according to company standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing
Receive customer orders, verify all details (including promotions, expiry dates, and contract terms, if any), then create purchase orders or quotations on Warehouse Management System.
2. Goods Preparation
A. Export
Receive documents for goods preparation after data entry from the system.
Verify product types, arrange goods according to the export slip to ensure correct type and quantity, and move goods to the outbound area.
Organize goods per order in the outbound area before dispatch.
Pack goods according to regulations and specific customer requirements.
Hand over orders and documents to the Warehouse Quality Control team.
Work in the warehouse as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
B. Import
Coordinate with the Warehouse team to check incoming goods, returned goods, and recalled goods to ensure correct type, quantity, and labeling per warehouse regulations.
Classify goods that do not meet entry requirements, move them to the designated area, and report to the Warehouse team.
Store goods in the designated storage area by product code after receiving QC confirmation.
3. Other Duties
Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Basic computer skills.
Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
PERSONAL SPECS
Have from 6 months of experience as Warehouse Intern ; Warehouse Coordinator ; Customer Service; Warehouse Associate position
Proven customer support experience
Experience with SAP/WMS systems and practices preferred
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
