Your Job

The primary purpose of the Supervisor, Warehouse is to support the Logistics Manager in procurement and logistics while overseeing and controlling warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of organizational goals.

Our Team

As a Supervisor in the CCS division based in Vietnam, you will work closely with all related company sections, vendors, suppliers, customers, and Molex entities. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain smooth warehouse operations and meet customer requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and supervise the warehouse team, managing KPIs such as inventory control and delivery performance to meet established goals.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, issuance, packing, delivery, and administration using SAP/ITS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local standards such as ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR, and RBA.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse policies, procedures, and processes to optimize resource use and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate inventory stock-taking and prepare warehouse reports.
  • Manage warehouse facilities including forklifts and barcode systems, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Train, coach, and assess the performance of warehouse staff.
  • Contribute to quality and delivery objectives by understanding and driving departmental goals.
  • Ensure adherence to 6S, Kaizen, Environmental Health & Safety, RBA, and social responsibility policies.
  • Support Molexs Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems through compliance and active contribution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • College degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and warehouse management.
  • Proficient in creating and implementing procedures, processes, standards, and instructions.
  • Knowledgeable about international and local laws related to warehouse operations.
  • Skilled in English (oral and written), work planning, problem-solving, training, coaching, leadership, and performance assessment.

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong experience with Kaizen and innovation practices.
  • Proven ability to understand and implement ISO, CSR, and RBA requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills in a warehouse environment.
