About Us

We are a growing software company building innovative solutions for both internal operations (DevOps, ITOps) and client-facing products. Our design team plays a critical role not only in product UI/UX but also in shaping how we present our brand to investors, partners, and customers.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance creativity with execution, and enjoys wearing multiple hats across marketing and product support.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the marketing & product team to design and iteration of landing pages, marketing pages, print documents, web components and promotional graphics intended to drive sign-ups, demos, and conversions.

- Produce pixel-ready UI visuals and graphic elements to support product mockups (icons, illustrations, banners, component art).

- Deliver motion & short video edits and micro-animations explain features and support sales/pitches.

- Conduct lightweight domain / audience research (visual benchmarking, moodboards, competitive creative) to inform visual direction for pages and campaigns.

- Work with digital marketeers to run basic visual A/B/iteration cycles informed by analytics and growth demands.

- Align and scale existing brand identity across product UI, web, and marketing assets

- Occasionally build and contribute to brand concepts or expand visual systems with the marketing team when needed.

What We're Looking For:

- 24 years in graphic design or related roles.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools

- Familiarity with designing for web (landing pages, CMS templates), plus understanding of responsive and digital-first design.

- Basic video editing and motion design for short-form product mockup and explainers.

- Ability to take concepts from idea iteration polished deliverable.

- Having the research mindset: comfort with gathering design references and aligning visuals with audience insights.

- Strong communication skills, ability to work with product designers, marketers, and leadership teams.

- Strong ownership skill: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

- English proficiency.

Nice-to-Haves

- Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

- Experience with web builder tools (Wordpress, Webflow, Framer, Figma Site, Lovable, etc.)

- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams.

- Experience with presentation design for investor audiences.
