Own daily and weekly performance tracking for affiliate-driven video & livestream traffic (views, A2C, orders, GMV, ROI).
Analyze video & livestream performance drivers (hook, CTA, content format, product/category fit, livestream mechanics).
Identify performance gaps and conduct root-cause analysis across creator tier, content type, category, and incentive structure.
Partner closely with Key Account team and Programs teams to coordinate program execution, optimize SOPs and workflows, enhance performance review frameworks, and support scaling and prioritization decisions.
Deliver clear, insight-led dashboards and recommendations that guide commercial and program decisions.
Requirements
Strong experience or insight in video- or livestream-driven eCommerce / affiliate ecosystems.
Clear understanding of how video & livestream content converts (hook, CTA, pacing, content format).
Solid full-funnel performance analysis skills (view click A2C order GMV).
Ability to translate performance insights into program design and incentive mechanics.
Data-driven mindset with experience supporting commercial, Key Account, or program teams.
Experience with Shopee Live / Shopee Video or similar marketplace tools.
Exposure to short-video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Experience designing affiliate programs, SOPs, or performance playbooks.
Background working with large-scale creator or affiliate ecosystems.
