Manage, monitor, and evaluate the daily performance of transportation vendors against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborate closely with vendors to evaluate, standardize, and improve their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless integration with SPX networks.
Develop a strategic vision for vendor operations: proactively identify systemic bottlenecks, anticipate risks, and implement long-term solutions to improve vendor reliability and efficiency.
Control and manage outsource costs and propose solutions to optimize outsourced truck usage through network and route design.
Act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues, effectively resolving operational disputes, delays, and capability shortfalls.
Analyze vendor performance data to support capacity allocation, negotiate better operational terms, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the 3PL network.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Working location: 3 days at Capital Place (29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh) and 2 days at SOC Hanoi (Dai Tu Industrial Park, Long Bien)
Solid experience in Vendor Management, 3PL Management, or Transportation Operations.
A strong optimization vision for partner management: the ability to assess a vendor's true capability, foresee operational risks, and build scalable management frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to handle complex vendor relationships dynamically.
Good interpersonal skill with deep understanding of operation process, able to drive changes to relevant stakeholders to meet key objectives
