Responsibilities

Yourrolewillbecrucialintransformingcomplexideasintointuitiveandmemorableuserexperiences.Youwillcollaboratecloselywithproductmanagers,developers,andotherkeystakeholders
A. UX Strategy & Research
- Organizeandleadco-designworkshopstofostercreativityandalignstakeholdervisions.
- Conduct in-depthuserresearch(interviews,dataanalysis)andcompetitiveanalysisto identify market opportunities
- Defineuserpersonas,mapoutuserjourneys,andidentifypainpointsandareasforimprovement.
- SupportteamsinresearchingandvalidatinginnovativeUXsolutions.
B. Conception & UI Design
- Developwireframesandresponsivemockups(desktopandmobile)inFigma, ensuring a seamless transition to the final design.
- Translateuserjourneysintocompellinggraphicalinterfacesthatrespectandstrengthenthebrand's identity.
- Contributetotheideationandcreationofinteractiveprototypestotestandvalidatedesignconcepts.
- Participate in the creation and evolution of our scalable Design System to ensure visual consistency and product efficiency.
- Conducticonographicresearchtoenrichandmodernizeourinterfaces.
C. Testing&Iteration
- Organize,oversee,andreportonusertestingsessionstogatherqualitativeandquantitativefeedback.
- Analyzeresultsandproposedesigniterationstooptimizetheuserexperience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (preferrable 2-3 years), supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your interface and user journey design projects.
- Proficiencywithdesigntools,especiallyFigma.
- Solid understanding of UX principles (research, information architecture, user testing) and UI fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout)
- Youarecreative,detail-oriented,andmeticulousinyourwork.
- Strongcommunicationskillstopresentandadvocateforyourdesignchoices.
- Youareaself-starterwhoalsothrivesinacollaborativeteamenvironment.
- Languages
- The candidate must be native Vietnamese
- Good proficiency of English
- French knowledge is a plus
Compensation packages
