Unity Sport is a technology company specializing in real-time data platforms and IT applications. We are building a large-scale real-time sports data platform that serves millions of users every day, requiring ultra-low latency and high reliability for global customers.

II. Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct surveys, interviews, usability testing, and field observations to deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of sports fans.
- User Journey & Data Analysis:Leverage real user data (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.) to identify pain points and friction across the user journey.
- Information Architecture: Structure content and features based on user mental models to ensure intuitive navigation and clarity.
- Experience Design (User Flow / Wireframe / Prototype): Translate insights into practical user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate ideas early before UI implementation.
- Collaboration with UI & Product Teams: Work closely with UI Designers and Product Managers to align experience strategy from concept to real product features.
- UX Testing & Iteration: Conduct A/B testing, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the experience based on post-release data and insights.
III. Candidate Requirements
- 24 years of experience in UX design (preferably in data-driven apps, news, sports, or fintech products).
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Lean UX processes.
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Proficient in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Notion, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to interpret and translate user behavior data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly through diagrams, wireframes, slides, or prototypes.
- Team player with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Nice to have: experience in UX writing, motion UX, or working on international products.
- Passion for sports or interest in sports data is a strong plus.

- Working hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
