ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designerwho can lead the discovery and ideation efforts for complex, multi-flow digital products. This role is designed for someone with deep expertise in UX Research and UX Ideation, who can discover business challenges, user insights, data, behavior,... to propose initiatives and strategic solution directions. You will collaborate directly with Business Owners, Analysts, Engineers,... to shape product concept, drive research excellence, and guide the team toward user-centric outcomes. This role also offers a clear growth path to becoming a Team Manager, as you help build up and elevate the capability across our Product Design team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Discovery & Research Excellence
- Own end-to-end research across discoverydefinitionvalidation using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, field studies, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis,...
- Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and frameworks such as personas, JTBDs, journeys, service blueprints, problem statements, and opportunity maps.
- Collaborate closely with business owners to align insights with business goals, constraints, operational logic, and success metrics.
Ideation & Solution Direction
- Drive solution ideation by framing problems clearly, generating multiple concept directions, evaluating trade-offs, and selecting viable solution paths based on user insights, business constraints, and feasibility.
- Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Structure flows, behaviors, and interaction logicensuring concepts are well-rationalized, consistent with UX principles, and ready for translation into design execution.
Consulting & Collaboration
- Acting as a design consultant for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, guiding UX decision-making using research evidence and best practices.
- Present research outcomes and consult solution directions directly to Business Owners & other decision-making stakeholders.
- Collaborate within cross-functional squads to align on scope, technical feasibility, and system workflows (API logic, operational rules, UI adaptability, etc.).
- Contribute to shaping team culture, processes, and competencies, demonstrating management aligned with the business direction.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in User Experience Research, Customer Experience Design, or Product Design with a strong research & ideation specialization in domains with intricate business logic.
- Solid experience ideating multiple solution directions for product flowsespecially for high-complexity or multi-user systems.
- Ability to structure problem spaces using logical, evidence-based thinking.
- Familiarity with modern Design Systems to guide Designers and ensure feasibility.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable presenting to external decision-making stakeholders and handling ambiguity in business requirements.
- Ownership, independence, and reliability in leading end-to-end product design cycles.
- Passion for mentoring, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team growth.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in consulting or agency environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms or regulatory-heavy systems.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research depth and solution framing.
- Growth mindset with ambition to develop into a servant leadership role.
