Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Biz, Content, and Product teams to develop creative advertising scripts:
- Act as a liaison to analyze the product&aposs Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and target user behavior to craft tailored messaging and advertising concepts for each market.
- Coordinate with Developers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure creatives effectively support product objectives.
- Participate in the development of creative concepts and A/B testing scenarios for multi-platform advertising.
2. Work with the Creative team to produce and review Creative Ads:
- Collaborate closely with design and motion teams to produce engaging content optimized for performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI).
- Oversee creative quality assurance, implement testing cycles, and analyze performance data to guide optimization.
- Work with the Product team to provide feedback on creative performance indicators aligned with in-app metrics.
3. Propose and present UA campaign plans (budget, timeline, target KPIs) to the Board of Directors (BOD):
- Proactively develop detailed User Acquisition (UA) plans tailored to each market and product phase.
- Present campaign strategies to the BOD, including budget allocation, performance targets (CPI, IPM, ROAS), platform selection, and required resources.
- Recommend effective budget allocation strategies and assess associated risks.
4. Execute UA campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc., according to approved plans:
- Launch and manage campaigns across platforms including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource,
- Monitor real-time campaign performance, assess the effectiveness of target groups, and respond promptly to market changes.
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CPI, IPM, ROAS, retention rates,
5. Utilize campaign and creative performance measurement tools (e.g., AdMob, AppLovin) to optimize campaign effectiveness:
- Use analytical tools such as AdMob, AppLovin, etc., to track behavioral and performance data.
- Conduct in-depth analysis by target group, creative asset, and ad network to optimize budget allocation and improve ROI.
- Prepare periodic reports and present campaign results to the BOD or senior management.
6. Analyze past campaign performance metrics and provide product and content teams with recommendations for future campaign optimization:
- Provide insights to improve UX/UI, onboarding funnels, in-app features, and creative messaging.
- Advise on market-specific content adjustments based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance user retention, increase Lifetime Value (LTV), and reduce acquisition costs.
Requirements
1. Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in User Acquisition (UA) for mobile games or apps.
- Proven experience in independently executing and managing large advertising budgets across platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and ad networks like Unity, IronSource, AppLovin, etc.
- Proficient in performance analytics tools: Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, etc.
- Deep understanding of key UA metrics: CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, IPM, Retention, with hands-on experience in optimizing toward specific goals.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Sharp analytical thinking, with a data-driven and insight-based decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially when working with Creative, Product, Content, and Data teams.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience proposing budgets or strategies to senior management.
2. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at a game/app publisher targeting international markets.
- Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO), with the ability to improve visibility and organic traffic on the App Store / Google Play.
- Previous experience leading a small team or mentoring junior members.
- Familiarity with market research tools such as AdMob, AppLovin, etc.
