Job Description:
We are looking for UI/UX Designer with a passion for all areas of design, with the
adaptability to apply their design skills to leading and overseeing UX design, UI design, and
other ad-hoc design initiatives, whilst helping to guide the other members of the product
design team. You will be responsible for the creation of elegant and easy-to-use solutions
for the Web and Mobile App.

- Conduct design research if needed.
- Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise the bar for quality.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to develop and expand design patterns on Mobile.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Operators, Developers on multiple design projects.
- Contribute to design principles and guidelines for the product.
- Help to boost the level of team maturity and raise the bar for quality with initiatives
Your Skills and Experience:
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of related experience in product design working on medium to high complexity products.
- Experience working in a agile environment is a plus
- A profound portfolio demonstrates your understanding of web/mobile touch interaction.
- An aptitude for system thinking and information architecture.
- Eyes for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design and great care about details.
- Eagerness to learn, a track record for being self-driven, and experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Storytelling, presentation, communication, and management skills.
- Hard skills: Figma, Design system (build/maintain UI Kits), Prototype, User Story,
- User journey, Competitive analysis, Usability test, Capcut, After effect (basic).
