Now, were looking for aUI/UX Designerto join our Product Design team where youll work on real projects, learn from experienced designers, and make an impact from day one.
1. Job Description
- Research user behaviors and pain points to generate insights for product development.
- Make strategic UX decisions regarding product functions and features.
- Design user flows, wireframes, concept sketches, and interactive prototypes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure any UI/UX solutions will solve user pain points and enhance experience.
2. Requirements
Must-have:
- Junior UI/UX Designer: At least 1 year of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your design process.
- Career Switchers (Marketing Research / Graphic Design / Art Direction): 13 years of relevant experience, familiar with customer or product research, or strong design background, and motivated to grow into UI/UX.
- Talented Freshers: Strong portfolio or project work, good command of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), eager to learn and improve.
Nice-to-have:
- Ability to use UI/UX Design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD from intermediate level
- Solid knowledge of user research methods (survey design, interviews, usability testing).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory.
- Understanding of the differences between website design and mobile app design.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
