What we need:

EMOTIV is seeking an experienced and product-minded UX/UI designer to bridge the gap between complex neural data and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded designer able to support the design requirements of the product development team at various stages of product development and have the confidence and skills to take design ownership of 1-2 products at a time.

What you'll do:

-       Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering;

-       Collaborate with Product leadership, design, and development teams to translate concepts and user stories into intuitive user experiences;

-       Facilitate company's product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products;

-       Employ a rigorous user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs based on feedback;

-       Create and evolve design systems, prototypes, and other necessary assets to bring innovative ideas to life on our platform;

-       Proactively maintain and evolve design consistency across all product interfaces, ensuring a unified brand experience;

-       Ensure designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Education and Experience You'll Bring

-       3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, end-to-end digital solutions across diverse platforms;

-       Compelling presentation and excellent English communication skills (essential) with a habit of proactive collaboration.

-       Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Framer.

-       Experience using AI-based tools (nice to have).

-       A commitment to excellence and sensitivity to the finest design details.

-       Proven ability to rapidly iterate on designs and solutions with efficiency and strategic intelligence;

-       Strong capacity to articulate and present complex design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders;

-       Demonstrated experience managing design workflows across multiple product lanes simultaneously;

-       Prior experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks is a plus.
