The Role
We&aposre seeking a Mid-Level to Senior UX/Product Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with excitement for AI-augmented workflows. You&aposll build trust with millions of users through exceptional design while leveraging cutting-edge tools to push fintech UX boundaries.

What You&aposll Be Designing
- Your primary focus: building trust at scale. Create compelling experiences that help millions feel confident using our fintech services through:
- Trust-building interfaces that make complex financial data transparent
- Real-time tracking systems with complete transaction visibility
- Mobile and web experiences that demystify crypto for mainstream users
- Data visualizations that make financial transparency engaging
- Onboarding flows that convert skeptical users into confident adopters
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/Product design experience with demonstrated impact on user-facing products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process from research to final implementation
- Expertise in user-centered design principles including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
- Figma advanced proficiency (primary design tool)
- Design Systems experience building and maintaining scalable component libraries
Highly Valued (Nice-to-Have)
Modern Design Tools
- AI Design Tools: Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, or similar generative tools
- Prototyping Tools: Lovable, Magic Patterns, Bolt, or advanced Figma prototyping
- Analytics: PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics experience
- A/B Testing: Setting up and interpreting design experiments
Domain Expertise
- Fintech/Finance experience or high-trust product environments
- User research skills: Interviews, usability testing, survey design
- Crypto/DeFi knowledge: Understanding blockchain UX patterns
- Mobile-first design with responsive web experience
AI & Innovation
- Prompt engineering for design-related AI tools
- Workflow automation using AI assistants
- Trend awareness in fintech, crypto, and emerging digital experiences
- Code collaboration basics (React, CSS understanding)
