Senior UI/UX Designer: 4+ years
- Lead the design of user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop-based software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are effectively implemented
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design assets to communicate design concepts and test ideas
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Work with the design team to maintain a consistent visual style across all products
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in the field of UI/UX design
- Create experiences that meet the needs of our users and align with our company's goals and objectives Requirements
- Bachelors Information Technology/ Graphic Design/ Web Design/ Visual Communication
- 4+ Years Experience leading the design of complex products and collaborating with cross-functional teams required
- 4+ Years Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus preferred
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills preferred
