The Role

Were looking for a UI/UX Designer whos not afraid to experiment, prototype weird ideas, and push past conventionswhile still keeping things usable and obvious (remember: Dont make me think). Youll help us design experiences that feel playful, intuitive, and delightful without sacrificing clarity.

What Youll Do

• Design and iterate intuitive, engaging user flows across web and mobile.
• Build interfaces that are both self-evident and self-explanatoryusers should get it instantly, but also feel a spark of delight.
• Run quick, scrappy usability tests (we believe in testing early and often, not big honking reports).
• Explore unconventional UI elements (micro-interactions, playful animations, visual storytelling).
• Balance innovation with conventionsknowing when to break patterns, and when clarity trumps consistency.
• Collaborate closely with devs, product, and founders in a small, fast-moving team.

What Were Looking For

• A designer who sees UI/UX as a playground, not just a process.
• Portfolio that shows not just polish, but curiosity and risk-taking.
• Strong grasp of usability principles (scanning, satisficing, muddling through users).
• Comfort with quick iterationyour first draft doesnt need to be perfect, it needs to be testable.
• Bonus if youve dabbled in illustration, animation, or creative coding.
