UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Design intuitive and user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications, including SaaS platforms and internal systems

Collaborate closely with Development team to ensure consistent user experience across products

Analyze business requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes using Figma

Ensure designs follow UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles

Maintain and improve design systems, UI components, typography, and color guidelines

Review UI implementation during development to ensure design accuracy and usability

(Senior level) Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX strategy and design direction

Requirements

Must-have

3+ years of experience (Middle) or 5+ years of experience (Senior) as a UI/UX Designer

Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping)

Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys & user flows, responsive and adaptive design

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

Good communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions

Nice-to-have

Experience in designing: SaaS platforms, Admin dashboards, Internal management systems and related.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Experience building or maintaining a Design System

Ability to read and communicate in English for work purposes
