ABOUT THE JOB
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to final delivery
- Translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve digital experiences
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across products
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging design patterns to bring fresh ideas and innovation.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- From 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and high-quality UI outcomes
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Good command of English for professional communication; experience in international environments is a plus.
