About the Role

We're looking for a UGC Creative & Creator Ops Intern who understands short-form video trends and can support the full UGC workflow: spotting trends, guiding creators, creating sample videos, and helping recruit UGC creators. You'll work closely with the marketing/growth team and learn how UGC is built and scaled for real products.

Responsibilities

1. Trend Research & Creative Ideas

  • Track TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends daily
  • Identify trends suitable for our product & audience
  • Turn trends into simple UGC video ideas

2. UGC Creative SupportHelp write hooks, talking points, and rough scriptsCreate low-fi sample videos to guide creators

  • Prepare references showing how to shoot and talk

3. UGC Creator Recruiting (Light Ops)

  • Find potential UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook groups, etc.
  • Reach out using provided templates
  • Collect creator info (portfolio, rates, availability)
  • Help build and maintain a simple creator list/database

(This is sourcing & screening - not contracts or payments)

4. UGC Review & Feedback Support

  • Assist in reviewing submitted UGC videos
  • Flag issues: weak hooks, unclear message, low energy
  • Support feedback loops between team and creators

Requirements:
  • Active TikTok / Reels user (you understand trends, not just watch)
  • Comfortable analyzing and explaining why a video works
  • Basic video recording/editing skills (phone + CapCut is enough)
  • Clear communication and good organization
  • Efficient English communication
  • Willing to learn and experiment

Nice to Have:
  • Experience posting short-form videos (personal account is fine)
  • Interest in creator economy, marketing, or growth
  • Experience DM-ing creators or online community engagement
  • Familiar with Google Sheets / Notion
