Job Description:
1. Program Ownership & Execution
- Own and drive end-to-end program execution
- Manage timelines and key deliverables, ensuring high-quality and on-time rollout
2. KOL/KOC Content Supply
- Drive initiatives to improve content supply scale and effectiveness
- Partner with KAM/creator management teams to secure and optimize KOL/KOC content for Shopee Debut SKUs.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Drive cross-functional alignment (BD, Marketing, PR, Ops) for effective program delivery
- Proactively identify gaps and drive solutions to ensure execution excellence
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key performance metrics and evaluate program effectiveness
- Translate insights into actionable improvements for ongoing initiatives
5. Communication & Visibility
- Own program communication planning, including KV and key messaging
- Ensure strong and consistent program visibility across platform touchpoints
6. Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing or program management/ coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with creators/KOLs and affiliate-based programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, or internal systems is a plus.
