Monitor, analyze, and report daily/weekly/monthly Transportation KPIs (SLA, cost, capacity utilization, service quality).
Identify trends, risks, and root causes of performance gaps; provide recommendations and action plans
Be an expert on truck planning; develop deep expertise on current operational practices & partner with Ops team to drive operational improvement
Partner with other internal SPX teams (Operations, OPEX, Finance) and external stakeholders (logistics vendors) to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.
Drive performance reviews with stakeholders to track progress and align corrective measures.
Support and/or lead projects related to performance monitoring, cost optimization, and reporting automation.
Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and standardized reporting templates for management.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making.
Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Data Analytics, Data Science.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role, BI or consultant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools. Having knowledge with AI tools is a plus.
Good communication, presentation skills, project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in logistics/transportation performance monitoring is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Willing and able to travel and perform onsite assignments. Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working under time pressure.
