1. Job Summary
The Training Executive is responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering training programs for the Hospitality Division (Hotel & Restaurant operations). This role ensures that all staff are equipped with the right knowledge, skills, and service mindset to maintain Nova's high-quality guest experience.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and conduct training programs for hospitality operations (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, etc.).
- Deliver training sessions in both Vietnamese and English as needed.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning materials.
- Create and update training manuals, SOPs, and learning content aligned with company standards.
- Evaluate post-training performance and propose improvement initiatives.
- Support on-the-job training and operational coaching at property sites.
- Coordinate and host training events, workshops, and development programs.
- Track training records, report results, and ensure compliance with internal KPIs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by HR/Training Management.
3. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in training or operations.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and training support tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident public speaker with solid facilitation skills.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about people and learning.
- Experience in event planning or internal engagement activities is an advantage.
