As a Training Officer, you will play a critical role in assessing training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. This position helps standardize employee capabilities, improve professional skills, and ensure operational efficiency. You will also contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture and alignment with the executive boards vision.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training Planning and Development
- Develop and propose periodic training plans based on real business needs
- Design training documents, presentations, and appropriate learning materials
- Continuously update content in line with company policies and operational changes
2. Training Implementation
- Deliver training sessions on skills, operations, and company policies
- Organize workshops, group learning sessions, and hands-on practices
- Coordinate with departments to conduct customized training programs
3. Training Evaluation
- Create evaluation tools such as surveys, quizzes, and interviews
- Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to improve training quality
- Prepare and submit post-training reports and recommendations
4. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute internal communication and employee engagement plans
- Organize team-building activities and recognition programs
- Measure and report the effectiveness of engagement initiatives
5. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Training & Quality Manager or HR Department
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or learning & development
- Background in hospitality or service industry is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with databases and spreadsheets
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Creative, flexible, and willing to learn
