Strong understanding of modern automotive paint technologies, including surface preparation processes, color mixing standards, and body restoration techniques.
Thorough knowledge of workplace safety regulations in body & paint workshops and international quality standards.
Training & Management Skills
Design training programs based on different skill levels for body & paint technicians.
Plan, organize, and manage the implementation of training programs across the entire system/network.
Strong presentation and knowledge transfer skills, capable of delivering both theoretical training and practical hands-on instruction.
Collaborate effectively with related departments (service, technical, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent training implementation.
Evaluate technician competency after training and continuously propose improvements to training programs.
