Trainee, Marketing

Overview

The Trainee, Marketing will support team in campaign execution, creative asset production, digital channel maintenance, and day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Brand & Marketing Communications activities, including campaign design, social media assets and communication materials.
• Adapt and resize creative assets for different channels using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
• Support short-form video creation and editing using CapCut or similar tools (a plus).
• Create and update HTML-based eDMs, including desktop and responsive versions, and support landing page development.
• Support website content updates by adapting content from approved one
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure materials are delivered on time and aligned with HLB brand guidelines.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

• Students / fresh graduates in Marketing, Motion & Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress and responsive eDMs.
• Familiarity with CapCut / video editing tools is a plus.
• Good eye for design, detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
