We are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in field activation, merchandising, POSM execution and consumer engagement within the FMCG industry.
What You'll Do
1. Support Trade Marketing Activations
- Support the execution of in-store activations, product sampling and consumer engagement activities.
- Assist with setting up booths, displays and POSM at retail outlets and event locations.
- Prepare, transport and install materials such as standees, shelves, wobblers and backdrops.
- Support event logistics before, during and after activations.
2. Support Merchandising & Field Execution
- Conduct field visits to supermarkets, convenience stores and grocery stores.
- Check and capture in-store displays to monitor brand visibility and merchandising compliance.
- Prepare reports with photos, observations and recommendations.
3. Support Daily Trade Marketing Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners when required.
- Update activity tracking and reports.
- Support other Trade Marketing projects and tasks assigned by the team.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Marketing and Business.
- Good communication, teamwork and coordination skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
- Previous experience in events, field sales or marketing activities is an advantage.
- Own motorbike and familiarity with the local market are preferred.
- Proactive, hands-on and willing to learn.
