Job Description:
This role leads Shopee Affiliate's traffic growth strategy across key teams (Affiliate Traffic, YouTube and Meta Partnership). You will define the commercial framework, manage budgets, and drive high-impact initiatives to scale Affiliate traffic efficiently. The role requires both strategic acumen and hands-on execution to grow traffic, optimize ROI, and strengthen partner ecosystems
- Build and execute the integrated Affiliate Traffic growth initiatives covering all Affiliate traffic channels
- Develop frameworks for commission structure, incentive tiers, and ROI-based budget allocation across all Affiliate traffic channels
- Responsible for Affiliate traffic KPIs and budget. Oversee total Affiliate commission budget & coordinate across sub-teams to ensure efficient planning & usage
- Identify and incubate strategic traffic partners (publishers, networks, creators) to expand Shopee's affiliate ecosystem
- Conduct in-depth analysis on Shopee creator/affiliate network landscape & develop tiered treatments to ensure achievement of affiliate traffic KPIs to platform
- Drive YouTube and Meta partnership programs, ensuring effective traffic conversion and content alignment with platform goals
- Establish traffic reporting cadence and performance dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing / affiliate marketing (at least 2 years in a strategy or planning role) or consulting / investment banking
- Proven track record in managing multi-platform traffic or growth programs with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of influencing senior cross-functional teams
- Strategic problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Previous experience managing small teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
