1. Trade Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement in-store programs to boost brand visibility and sales by channel.
- Coordinate trade activities (displays, activations) aligned with marketing priorities.
- Analyze shopper behavior to recommend and execute in-store solutions.
- Support new product launches with trade plans and performance evaluations.
- Ensure alignment of trade strategies with sales goals and pricing readiness.
2. Budget Management
- Build trade promotion plans based on brand strategy, sales input, and shopper insights.
- Track and control trade marketing spend within budget and compliance policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize trade investment.
- Work closely with Finance on promotional cost planning and reporting.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) and external partners (Agencies, Key Accounts).
- Conduct joint market visits with Sales and Marketing to gather insights and ensure execution excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales Development, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail channels, and market dynamics.
- Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales and market data to generate actionable insights.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good English is a plus.
