Job Description

  • Drive and deliver country Purchase, Sell-in, and Sell-out targets.
  • Work closely with distributors and partners to develop sales plans, promotions, and category growth strategies while optimizing trade spend.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and define action plans with partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, manage risks, and capture growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with claims processes, distributor agreements, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor in-market execution including POSM, sales activities, and competitor actions; provide improvement recommendations.
  • Lead strategic and business expansion projects (including Fuel for Growth).
  • Build a lean organization, develop team capabilities, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Manage budgets and cost control to ensure sustainable and profitable P&L.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing in the FMCG industry, preferably in the Confectionery category.
  • Strong experience working with distributors and managing Sell-in/Sell-out performance.
  • Good knowledge of trade marketing, promotions, and trade spend management.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use sales data for business decisions.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in business planning and P&L management is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
