Job Responsibilities:
Develop plan and execute Trade Marketing for activities in area such as: Activation, Promotion, Channel development
Collaborate with center managers and Trade Marketing Executives at centers to facilitate and maximize benefits of all activities for centers to achieve KPIs.
Plan/Track/Report in line with Line Manager about budget and performance for all activities
- Optimize all execution at best performance
- Balance local sales requirement with brand/event activation strategy.
- Coordinate with centres for event implementation & management.
- Oversee all POS programs.
- Supervise and support Trade Marketing Executive in maintaining corporate relationship to develop partnership offers and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Develop channels for local marketing activities: schools, universities, malls, playgrounds, etc.
Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
Knowledge of advertising, media industry.
At least 1 year experience at the same position in foreign invested company.
Experience in marketing for customers, Trade Marketing.
Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
Be able to travel and work between centres.
Proficient in design and image editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., to create engaging marketing content aligned with brand identity.
