I. JOB PURPOSES:
- The position is to own countrys KPI and business result in assigned category/ channel. He/she also owns and activates the workstream, adapts the content from Lead market, builds local content as needed.
II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- External customers: Agencies and local vendors
- Internal customers: Sales, S&CM Regional & All internal departments
III . PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:(Minimum requirement)
1.Planning
- In-store visibility: Define guidelines and toolkits for in-store communication, display standards, and visibility execution, including MSL, planogram, etc.
- Campaigns & Activation: Collaborate with Brand Marketing, S&CM Category owners, and Sales teams to integrate campaigns into store activation plans (launches, thematic campaigns, promotions), ensuring alignment with shopper insights, category priorities, and customer requirements.
2.Commercial Operations
- POSM, PICOS: Lead end-to-end POSM execution: briefing, production, allocation, distribution, and store implementation. Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of all POSM and in-store activation materials. Ensure that all data transfer with lead market is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Campaigns & Activation: Track and analyze effectiveness of in-store activities, providing insights to optimize ROI.
- Promotion: Collaborate with S&CM Category owners to build full-year plan for gift & bundle promotion aligned with category strategy and shopper insights. Lead end-to-end gift & bundle operation process. Track competitors promotion & activities on monthly basis.
3.Customer Engagement (Direct - Indirect)
- Engagement: Develop Trade Activation or events as needed.
- Thematic/Programs: Leverage and execute program cascaded by Lead market as relevant. Develop local thematic as needed/agreed with Lead market.
4. Store Execution
- Trax & CPM & Win The Shopper: Monitor in-store implementation & enhance sales engagement through regular audits. Ensure all fundamental KPIs uploaded on system. Process data & reports and recommend improvements. Ensure that modules are maintained, updated and accurate.

- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas.

- Fluent English
