JOB DESCRIPTION
Job purpose: We are seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Manager to lead and grow our brands on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikToks trends, algorithms, and audience behavior, and be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of social media trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and manage the official TikTok channel, including content scheduling and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging short-form videos.
- Upload, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms - TikTok Shop
- Ensure product details, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor orders, coordinate inventory, and support customer inquiries related to online sales.
- Track analytics and generate reports on sales and audience engagement.
REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience managing a TikTok account, either personally or professionally, with demonstrated growth and engagement success.
- Strong understanding of TikToks features, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Creative storytelling and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and TikToks in-app editing features.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Passion for staying updated on social media and pop culture trends
Preferred Skills:
- Experience collaborating with TikTok influencers or running paid campaigns on TikTok.
- Knowledge of other social media platforms and how TikTok fits into a broader social strategy.
- Familiarity with brand marketing and audience development.
- Have experience how to run Shopee and Lazada are an advantage
