We have multiple openings across various roles, including (but not limited to):
- Thermal-HVAC System Engineer (Architecture and/or Specification)
- Function & Control Lead Engineer
- Powertrain Program Manager
- Powertrain Lead Engineer
- Drivetrain & Control Lead Engineer
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electric powertrain calibration or a related role in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, Vector CANape, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong understanding of electric motor operation/battery management systems (BMS)/energy management strategies
or
- Good knowledge about EV systems : Thermal management, HVAC & Climate control, Electric Drive System, High Voltage Battery, HV/LV components.
- Experience with vehicle and component testing procedures
- Knowledge of automotive regulations and standards (e.g., EPA, CARB, Euro 6, WLTP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle powertrain systems.
- Familiarity with advanced BEV technologies (e.g., fast charging, regenerative braking, thermal management systems). - Certification in automotive diagnostics or calibration (e.g., SAE, ASE).
- Responsiveness, agility, discipline, and willingness to take over responsibility and to learn.
