Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales growth and retention for our company. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs. An effective Telesales Representative must be a proactive communicator, take ownership of the sales process, and demonstrate a results-driven mindset.

Key Objectives:

  • Increase market share and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and solution-selling.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and source potential customers through research, leads, and market insights.
  • Proactively nurture existing customer relationships to grow revenue.

Sales Process Ownership

  • Independently manage the full sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Prioritize opportunities effectively to meet targets under pressure.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting.

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and billing issues promptly.
  • Persuade and educate customers unfamiliar with our services.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally to close deals and overcome challenges.

Industry Knowledge & Market Awareness

  • Stay informed on logistics trends, competitor activities, and local business environments.
  • Understand target customer segments and tailor approaches accordingly.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferably in Air Express, Logistics or Transportation industry.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of local business environment is a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for learning, growth, and contributing to team success.
