Job Description

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Location: 6 Thang Long Street, Tan Binh District

1. Job Overview

This role suits candidates with telesales experience who are comfortable with high call volumes, KPI targets, and customer acquisition via phone in a logistics environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Make 60–70 outbound calls per day to find new customers.
  • Identify customer needs and introduce DHL logistics solutions.
  • Achieve the main KPI of 6–7 qualified leads per day.
  • Handle customer objections and unexpected situations professionally.
  • Update customer data and call results accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads.

3. Requirements

  • Experience in telemarketing / Telesales / phone-based sales.
  • Able to work under KPI pressure and high call volume.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (data entry, tracking lists, simple reports).
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Preferred: Background in logistics / freight / express / supply chain.
  • Chinese language is a plus.

4. Benefits
