- Job Summary
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for EV charging stations. This role works closely with customers, service partners, project teams, and internal departments to ensure the stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of charging infrastructure.
2.Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for EV charging stations and related systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and communication issues.
- Monitor charging station performance and respond promptly to service incidents and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Assist in commissioning, testing, and acceptance of newly installed charging stations.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and service documentation.
3.Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields
- .Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, electrical systems, or EV charging industry
- .Knowledge of electrical systems, networking, communication protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies
- .Familiarity with EV charging products and charging standards is preferred
- .Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- .Good communication and customer service skills
- .Ability to travel for on-site support when required
- .Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- .Chinese language skills are preferred; English communication skills are an advantage

- sExperience with AC/DC charging stations
- .Understanding of OCPP, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other communication protocols
- .Experience in commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment
- .Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
