As part of our expansion, we are establishing our Vietnam office and are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to support business development and technical sales activities in the country.

Job Description

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting Glenwood's portfolio of food safety, water quality, and microbiological testing solutions. The role combines technical knowledge, customer engagement, and sales execution, working closely with clients, partners, and the regional team.

Must speak English and fluent in Vietnamese.

Key Responsibilities

-Promote and sell food safety, water quality, and microbiological testing products to customers in Vietnam

-Provide technical support, product presentations, and basic training to clients

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

-Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion activities

-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management

-Coordinate with the regional and head office teams on sales strategies and technical matters

-Participate in seminars, trainings, and industry events as required
