I. Job Description

1 Technical Sales Support

• Provide technical sales support by preparing product specifications, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Assist the sales team with technical consultations during customer meetings.
• Ensure accurate and professional technical information is delivered to clients.

2 Pre-sales & Customer Solution Support

• Understand customer requirements and project specifications.
• Recommend appropriate solutions for smart home systems, home appliances, and related products.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions and technical presentations when required.

3 On-Site Coordination & Handover Support

• Coordinate on-site activities with partners and customers.
• Support installation, commissioning, and system setup.
• Prepare and complete project handover documentation.

4 Development Support & Field Feedback

• Collect field feedback from project implementation.
• Support HQ and partners in product-related development tasks, including:
• Feature validation
• Product testing
• Improvement suggestions

5 Issue Handling & Technical Communication

• Handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues from customers.
• Maintain smooth communication between HQ, partners, and customers.
• Ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, IT, or related fields.
• Experience in smart home systems, electrical systems, or home appliances is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support when required.

III. WORKING CONDITIONS

Workplace:District 7, HCMC

Working hours:Monday to Saturday, 8:30 17:30

Lunch Break: 12:00 13:00 (1 hour)

Salary:Negotiable based on interview (500 1000 USD)

Probation Period:2 months, 90% salary
